Abstract (German)

This research will provide knowledge enlargement about the relationship between customer oriented production on customer retention and loyalty. It shows the influence and relevance between customized products offer and higher customers' satisfaction level. How enterprises are able to achieve a better corporate performance by understanding customer specifications by improving customer orientation level.

It also demonstrates experts' opinion and experience through customizations process. The advantages and disadvantages of this market trends and explain the complexity of shaping the production steps to meet special customer requirements.
